Can I get an invoice for the ZooMonitor subscription?

Yep, just send us an email at ZooMonitor@lpzoo.org and we'll process an invoice for your subscription charge.

When will I be billed for my ZooMonitor subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew each year and be billed at that time.  If you meant to cancel your subscription but forgot, just send us an email and we help issue you a refund.

Who has access to my data and how is it used?

The only people with access to your raw data are the Admin Users you’ve created and our app developers at Zier Niemann Consulting.  Zier Niemann Consulting will not access your data unless requested, such as for the purposes of troubleshooting an issue. Any additional use of your raw data is prohibited without your explicit consent. If you consented to sharing anonymous usage statistics when registering, your non-identifiable summary data may be used for promotional purposes.

Who owns my data?

You retain ownership of all data you’ve recorded on the ZooMonitor platform.

How do I remove Admin Users?

You can deactivate any Admin User which will prevent them from accessing your Admin area.  Check out this article on User Access & Permissions for instructions on how to deactivate those profiles. To ensure stability in your database, you cannot delete your Admin Users completely.

I forgot my password and now my account is locked, please help!

After repeated failed sign in attempts, your account is locked to protect against fraudulent activity. Your account should unlock after a few minutes and let you try your password again. To reset your password, click the Forgot Password button on your Admin sign in page.
