I just added a new Observer but don’t see their name listed on the sign-in menu in the app.
Before you can sign in as that Observer, you’ll need to sign into the app under another active Observer profile and download project updates. After doing that, you should see that Observer available in the sign-in menu. For more information, check out this article for Managing Your Users.
