Billing and Subscription Plans


Subscription Plans

ZooMonitor features three subscription plans based on your organization’s accreditation status and data usage amount: Free Plan, Base Plan, and Pro Plan. Subscription plans are annual and billed automatically at the start of the subscription cycle.  For more details on our subscription plans, see our Plans page.

 

Upgrade Your Plan

Once you’ve reached the 3GB limit of account storage on the Free and Base Plans, you’ll need to upgrade your account to the Pro Plan.  You will be notified in Admin when your account is nearing the upgrade limit.  Once you’ve hit the 3GB storage limit, your account will be automatically upgraded.

 

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time and maintain access until your subscription expires.

  1. From your Admin area, click Manage Subscription.
  2. Click the Cancel Account button.

 

Changing Credit Card Information

When you first sign in to your Admin area, you need to enter credit card information.  This credit card information is directly processed by a third-party payment vendor.  You can change your credit card information any time.

  1. From your Admin area, click Manage Subscription.
  2. Update the credit card details and click Update Payment Method.
